I’m Jenny, a Functional Nutritionist and the founder of The Wellness Way. I support individuals in midlife take control of their health by getting to the root cause of their symptoms — so they can feel energised, balanced, and confident again.
I specialise in metabolism, digestive health, and hormone balance — the three pillars that influence everything from energy and weight to mood and sleep and disease development as we age. From my online clinic, I turn the science of nutrition and biomedicine into simple, practical strategies that fit into real life, no matter your starting point.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Every person’s body tells a different story, and my job is to listen, decode it, and create a plan that works for them.
Beyond my clinic, I run workplace wellness workshops and community talks — translating nutrition science into clear, actionable steps that inspire people to make lasting changes.
